Ingredients

2 cups Milk or non-dairy alternative
2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
2 Bananas frozen
2 Dates pitted
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender.

You can use unsweetened vanilla soy milk or another plant-based milk for a vegan option.
