Rice Cooker Quinoa, Chickpeas, and Greens
Quinoa is a complete protein with lots of vitamins. Use it as a great substitute for white rice or pasta.
What you'll need
Spatula or spoon
3 cups Spinach chopped or Kale chopped or Collard Greens chopped
1 cup Chickpeas canned, rinsed, drained
1 cup Dried Cranberries or Raisins
6 tablespoons Lemon Juice or Orange Juice
Mix all ingredients in rice cooker.
Cook for a normal cycle.
3.Remove and enjoy!
