A bright salad to accompany any entree, with a spicy kick!
What you'll need
Spatula or spoon
1/2 Red Onion small, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1/2 Green Chili Peppers seeded and minced
1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper ground
3 Tomatoes large and ripe, chopped
1.In a bowl, stir together red onion, jalapeño, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
2.Add the tomatoes and stir gently.
3.Chill before serving.
